Mind map assignments for students
The mind map assignment functionality allows you to learn new things in an engaging way and better understand school subjects. Teachers can guide you by adding instructions or multimedia resources for inspiration.
With this functionality, it is easier to organize your learning activities and homework, keep everything in one place, and ensure it is always clear and concise.
By adding keywords to diagram topics, you will retain information for a longer period.

Working with Assignments as a Student

When the teacher creates the assignment, there are different options available. Depending on the assignment type, you can:
- Create individual diagrams from scratch
- Create individual diagrams from a template chosen by the teacher
- Work collaboratively on a new map (all students in one group or in different groups)
Create Individual Diagrams

Collaborate on Assignments
Section titled “Collaborate on Assignments”When the first student clicks Start Assignment, a panel will appear allowing the student to create the first group.

After the first group is created, when other students click Start Assignment, the Groups panel will appear. Students can:
- Join an existing group
- Create a new group
After selecting an option and clicking Start, students can begin working on the assignment.

If the teacher sets a maximum group size (for example, 4 students), once a group is full:
- The group will remain visible but cannot be joined
- Students must join an incomplete group or create a new one
For group assignments, students cannot attach individual diagrams. Instead, they must create a new diagram and work collaboratively with their group.
When returning to an assignment, students can view the progress made by their group members.
In case of a restart, the diagram is detached only for the first student who created the group.
