Team Folder Inclusion

Mindomo supports automated backups for Team Folders, ensuring all diagrams within shared folders are securely saved. Whether created by team owners or members, these diagrams will be backed up exclusively to the team owner’s connected storage Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or FTP while maintaining the original folder structure.

We have expanded our backup coverage to include the entire Team Folders.

As a result, if a team owner sets the backup option, their diagrams—as well as all diagrams created and added by team members within shared Team Folders—will be backed up seamlessly to the team owner’s Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and/or FTP.

The diagrams from Team Folders will be backed up solely to the team owner’s Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and/or FTP, even if the team members who added diagrams to the Team Folders had selected one of the backup options for their own Mindomo accounts (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and/or FTP).

If you are part of a Team license and have previously created diagrams directly in the Team Folder or added them to it, when a backup is created, the hierarchical structure of your diagrams will be preserved.

This means that if you have diagrams in the Team Folder at the time of backup, a separate folder containing these diagrams will be created.
